About Me!

I was on the yearbook staff in elementary school. I ended up designing yearbooks until my senior year of high school and was even the editor a few times! I helped take pictures with athletics, design page layouts, and even designed a few covers. Now, I intern for Tennessee Athletics doing marketing and fan experience. With this internship, I work games for every sport. We set up arenas, hand out posters, and make sure fans are having a great time. I also intern with the D1 Club Hockey team here on campus. Here, I help run our Instagram. I take videos of goals and celebrations as well as make graphics for the jumbotron and Instagram.

How I Define Interaction Design:

Interaction design is a type of design that involves the user. These designs have some form of interaction that the user can put themselves into. Designers who focus on interaction design think of how the users can react. They are essentially designing something based on what they think someone might do. Interaction design can be anything from a fun button on a website to a moving hologram that tracks someones movement. Interaction design can be super fun to the designer and who they think their audience might be.
